I was told earlier on that Clines would only be with the company to "clean things up". After that, they would bring in somebody else. Of course, information on SEXI isn't always (ever?) accurate.

Charles Keating for SEXI president?

At least with him I bet they could get the funding that they desperately need.

Now, what other criminals named Charles are up for parole anytime soon?
