Amazing... I get accused of being a shill merely for pointing out the negatives of this company, while people who appear to be paid promoters hyping the stock are proclaimed as heroes on this thread.

Since you all seem to think I'm involved with one of those mythical Canadian shorting rings who like to destroy OTC BB stocks, have them contact me. They probably pay more than my engineering job does...

No, I'm not making a penny from this. Let me give me you the background:

Last week, I was wandering around SI and I decided to check what kind of messages Val was posting. I discovered that he was very active in this DGIV thread. I did some checking and found a company whose main business seems to be issuing more stock, and writing vague press releases. I found something that sure looks like an Internet stock scam as explained in that NASAA link I posted. I found endless hype for an obscure company that doesn't even bother to file financial reports. At that point, I decided to jump in and do a little consumer education. Face it -- you DGIV supporters are acting in a similar fashion to religious fanatics (I suppose you are saying, "Burn the heretic!" whenever someone says anything negative.)

I should explain something about my buddy Val. We work together, and my opinion of his investment style is that he looks for ways to make money on heavily hyped stocks as they go up, before they crash, or by shorting these stocks as they go down. In the DGIV case, he made money off of the time when the stock climbed for no good reason. He's already made his money on DGIV, and now, he's here laughing at your ignorance.

My boss has no interest in DGIV either. In fact, he'd probably say, "PM, where's the software you're supposed to be working on?" if he knew I was spending time on this thread. That's why I'm posting this after midnight (Pacific time), from my home.
