ORIGINAL QUESTION: Why did we find out about the 1,000,000 share dilution to Shelby via the back door.
TRAVIS" So I again ask for you to please give your source of this information and the details you know about these 1,000,000 shares you state were given to Shelby.
COMMENT: Read the thread. 5075947 and 5078049. If there is no 1,000,000 share dilution to Shelby, just tell us it isn't so.

COMMENT: I'm surprised you didn't jump on me for this for I was wrong. In the closing seconds while I was asking the question, the stock jumped up 2 points or so and only closed down 6%.
