$5.1 million private placement announced. About 4M shares at $0.27 and 12.7M units comprising of a share and a $0.45 warrant for $0.30. These prices sound like a steal. Broker gets 10% of deal. Know what I think? This sucks, but given the market conditions, this was probably the best they could do. Some updates on Leek's and Nicaragua, but nothing significant. Don't know why the price went up, should have gone down instead. check out news release at diademresources.com
