g'day all - dear Ken, you asked "I forget; why do we own this stock?"

I cannot speak for you or others, and indeed sometimes I wonder if I am that conscious in making this kind of decision. However, in retrospect, I was probably driven by the potentials and optimism of the outfit. In other words, GREED <VBG>! I mean, maybe there is indeed something unbeknownst to outsiders like you and me - and we are duped. Maybe indeed it is merely illiquidity and invisibility [probably the latter driving the former.] Maybe it is a big shakeout. I don't know for sure.

The appearance thus far seems to offer no clue. Checking Edgar, the most recent SEC filing is a 10KSB12B/A. I ve not had a chance to go thru it. There is some wordings about convertible prefers [Reg D,] but I thought they were history after the merger. Maybe I am wrong. 2 other Form 4s seem to be innocent enough.

As one may notice, this can be seen as an aggressive growth play [by some] in a once [not anymore] white hot sector. That means it is one way or another - unfortunately it is gonna another way right now. So the multibagger dream has become a freefalling nightmare.

Anyway, I hope you did not lose too too much. Personally, I am holding it until I see any reason of its demise [which is not the best thing to do if one is to follow the O'Neill [of IBD] kind of strategy.

have a happy 4th

best, Bosco
