I don't think you can judge what is going to happen by how effective people are at selling at highs and buying at lows. There may well have been some shareholders who planned to sell on the next spurt of good news. The good news came, the stock went up but they thought it might go higher so they waited a bit. It didn't go higher so they sold. It happens all of the time. Personally, I was a bit disappointed myself with the news. News about financing was good, but the amount was not that impressive. I look forward to more news about financing, news about sales, and news about alliances/joint ventures. They need all three pieces of the puzzle to come together so that is what I am looking for. Hope the pieces to the puzzle fall into place quickly.
