Dan & Ernie,
Let me respond to a few things. First of all, I might have been pre-mature in saying that it is tax deductible. Have talked to a few people since then and they advised it would not be tax deductible. Sorry for the mis-information if that is the case. My accountant will be called shortly as he advised that it would be. Maybe I should hire a more responsible person.
On the other hand, I feel that you both might have missed the fact about the filing for an extension regarding the annual report. As a rule companies try to get the annual report, which includes proxies, and announcement of Annual Shareholder's meeting in one package 30 days prior. DCI has instructed all that call about the date of the Annual Meeting. I was just trying my best to pass the information on to you. I guess I could call Joe and suggest that he spend another several thousand dollars to send a special mailing to all shareholders to announce the date of the meeting. Personally, I would rather wait on my report and pass the information on as best I can like DCI is doing to all callers.
Again, my apologies if I was wrong on the tax deduction but please don't infer that the Shareholder Meeting information was privy information.
Still looking forward to meeting each and every one of you if you can make it to the meeting. I'm just trying my best.
