Now correct me I am wrong here. Dan tips his hand, Midland (Mark) moves quickly to get proof so is not slander, immediately places stop transfers on all illegal shares, Midland hires outside counsel for Bahamas & US, filing lawsuits, establishes Liquidating trust for the shareholders, etc etc etc. Why would you thinkthe SEC would shut it down ... The SEC encourages companies to clean up their own messes. Each of these stocks is different and none that I know have standard comparisons because of that. Just curious to your basis for your opinion. Not a slam just trying understand your point. GB
