Grupo, Thanks for the note.

I think in this case it WOULD be prudent for Murphy to "spend" a few thousand dollars to make this meeting an official announcement by contacting shareholders like every other company I am invested seems to do when planning an annual shareholders meeting. If we choose not to do that, it again stunts the possibility of growth in shareholder base. I know many folks who just don't care to read SI(many of whom are invested here) and would had NO idea that a meeting is planned until I mentioned it to them. Sure makes it tough for them to get information from the annual meeting that may inspire them to increase their holdings here.How about an official release so possible new investors may be inclined to come? What am I missing here folks??? This doesn't add up. Does this further my classification of this being a BIG BANG investment and we are not concerned with the shareholder base growth? No wonder the selling we had recently ripped a hearty 25% off the price. How could there be buyers lined up to pick up those shares? I do not mean to vent to you but only pet peeve with DCTC is the TOTAL LACK of PR that is going on. I have complained about the sloppy website, the lack of a PR department, and any other investor solicitation in the past. To announce the annual shareholder meeting via SI is totally unacceptable to me.

I will certainly take it upon myself to contact Dan Murphy on the topic and will report anything of note.

Whew....I feel better now.
