Dr Summers have you looked in the mirror lately? Your nose is growing. I don't think you have any idea how much you have damaged your case or the possibility of a favorable settlement with you continued posting on the internet. Almost every company has been sued. It does not keep those companies from moving forward. Microsoft did not close down when the US government sued them and American BioMed will not fold because of Dr David Summers. Steve Rash and American BioMed has settled every piece of litigation you left behind for them but the one(s) you yourself are not only responsible for but involved in. It's my belief that there is only one good reason why it has not been settled. It doesn't need to be settled anymore. In my opinion, American BioMed will win. Keep posting Dr Summers. You only improve the chances that none of us shareholders will ever have to pay you a dime. Have a safe and happy 4th of July. Regards, Jeff
