Chuck, I think your right. To me, SEXI's last news release reads that Mr Clines was brought in to explore all options to save the company. He wasn't brought in to conduct business, but to pursue the Company's rights and remedies. Here is the last paragraph of that news release on 11/20 "With respect to possible claims by the Company against persons who may have been involved in any alleged wrongdoing against the Company, Mr. Clines expressed the new Board of Directors' firm commitment to explore all options available to the Company to take aggressive action, wherever appropriate, to pursue the Company's rights and remedies and act in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders." I guess that explains why he's our president for the time being. I hope he kicks a little ass.... MC
