If I were to fathom a guess here, I'd say the recent price swing is from Mr. Shum unloading some of his holdings in the company.

It is very typical for departing management to take their holdings with them. It sort of completes the divorce. If so, his transactions will show up in the SEC filings in the next few weeks.
