Lee, granting you the benefit of the doubt that you do not intend to hype, then I must say that your "unbridled enthusiasm" has blinded you to one of the biggest red flags in the market today - floorless convertibles. If you don't understand them, go read up on Hayes Corp. (Nasdaq:HAYZ), but for some strange reason, I think you know exactly how they work. In any case, much of SI is now watching and waiting for this stock to become shortable. Good luck. Bob
