Robert, it is far from over yet, we haven't heard from Manova. As far as any lawsuit is concerned, I guess that is in the hands of lawyers. And maybe Bill told you it was over, but that is obviously for the SEC to decide, not him. I don't know, maybe the SEC and Bill couldn't come to any mutual agreement and now it goes to the courts. Bill has claimed he took the advice of his lawyer and that the lawyer should take the heat, not him. The article doesn't mention the lawyer.

There are all kinds of interpretations on things. Here are excerpts from a news article from Turkey which seems to be saying two different things. The article mentions the agreement between the conservative Yilmaz and the leftist Baykal to put together a compromise legislative agenda. Then it says,

Prominent businessmen and government critic Ishak Alaton said the accord did
not go far enough in tackling structural weaknesses, which burden Turkey with
80 percent annual inflation and a budget deficit of around nine percent of gross
national product.

Then further down, the article says,

The agreement targets an improvement in public finances, aiming at a primary
budget surplus of more than four percent of GNP in 1998, compared with a near
balance in 1997.

A budget deficit of nine percent of GNP doesn't sound like near balance to me.
