I have been following this stock as a potential investment for some time after reading an interview with a fund manager who called it a "sleeper" Your posting makes it clear that the reference in the article should have been to a management "stupor". The abysmal results of the acquisitions and management's reluctance to 'fess up the results to investors puts the quality of management directly in the spotlight. That, more than anything else, will keep the stock down even after there are indicators of an earnings recovery. Recent experience has shown that the market has a long memory in such cases. Ouch! I think I'll pass on this one.
