I was searching for something else and I got these good sites, we always like to make efforts to make our thread most informative, adequately educational and some exotic trading stuff. On global issues this thread has come a long way, we disect news and try to get at the bottom of what is happening.

On SI we have many individuals like Jenna, Mex Zeev Hed and Judy who are far better then me to do justice to pick right stuff, but all said and done this thread has made a lot of inroads in identifying some very good situations and defining markets from a fresh perspective albeit very un conventional.

I have also recently shifted my emphasis on more broader indexes from a much narrower index like SOX. I started feeling that I was getting a bit cramped with SOX limitations. Perhaps techs will remain the main emphasis in my posts but I will add some more fine tuning on this global inter-relational stuff. I am now looking at adding some weightage to China and Russia alongwith bonds from Japan France and Germany. I was also looking into identifying some great opportunities in ASEA.

However, like the trend has been established I will remain more concerned with impact of macro-economic events and political events on direction of the markets. We have so far an excellent track record and our intention is to maintain it.

I do work a lot of time on internet and whenever I have something to share I like to make it available to my unknown cyber friends. It is spontaneous responses like yours which keeps me going with strength and vigour.
