I'd like to believe Volpe issued a cover warning. The facts say that between 9:28 and 10:01, when we hit day high at 18 1/4, the volume was approx 184k according to my TOS. Thus, approx 21.89%(+/-) of days volume occurred in 33 mins. I've seen it before. The MM's squeezed the shorts as hard as they could, then covering abruptly stopped. This kind of activity does provide excellent trading opportunities but be nimble. Pre-tank holders have a ways to go to fill the gap between 15 3/4 and 23. My guess is a lot of people are in @ 20-26 range. Another large group is in @ 11-14 range. These are based on daily volume/price charts. Thus, I see a trading range between 21-27 once we fill the 15 3/4- 23 gap. Its nice to speculate on a positive note once again. Keep some powder dry. <<G>> Regards ION$
