but am merely upset that the source of information such as this seems to come from sources that are NOT affiliated with DCTC. Again, the question is How long have you been an investor? If you think IBM's annual meeting (as well as that most every other public company) comes as a BIG SHOCK the day they mail out the official notice, then you really belong in Mutual Funds and away from any place where experience counts.

I can't believe you actually ASKED a Company to clarify this! (g), but even WITH this clarification, I don't understand WHY you haven't gotten it through your head. The COMPANY makes the announcement, not S.I., not me, not the barber down the street from where you live.

We can start by announcing annual meetings in an appropriate fashion.. NO we can not START doing what's a normal announcement when they have ALWAYS made the announcement as a fully reporting public company.
