I just went over the EET circular again and would direct your attention to page 44 half way down are the terms to solomon for their 45%! We might translate or compare this to the offer for CHU 55%.
NEXT >>> read page 48 CHU shares owned by Placer! and also Placer
owns >10% of EET. More importantly read effect of offer on market for
common shares (item # 11). Now page 50, note the share outline and see the note under the graph Viceroy with over 7 mill and a perceived
over 8 mill by CDS & CO. == 15 mil + lets count Placer at 2.5 with their latest purchase and we have in excess of 51% of the CHU shares
which to me translates to a done deal??... Let me know your interpretation.
