Thanks for the always-inspiring tales from the other side. <g> You really know how to make us feel like ungrateful scum for all that does go right stateside. <g> Actually I've never had any trouble with the U.S. postal service; it's an interesting case study in psychology and anti-marketing how they've built themselves such a rotten rep. Do you think smart cards and/or biometrics could revolutionize business processes over yonder? It's holiday time here, kind of a weird feeling knowing that the rest of the world is still ticking while the U.S. clock is stopped, so to speak. Hong Kong smeared again. <sigh> God bless, PX
