Ben: Thanks for clearing up the questions about your Q's and K's. I would be happy to relay information from the company if you want to handle things that way. I have a couple of questions: 1) Does your comment about ongoing negotiations mean that you are in a 'quiet period'? 2) If so, can you estimate when this will be over? It appears that we have lost some followers and the MM's, which had been rather kind to us, have now dropped the stock pretty hard. I trust that the drop is just due to the lack of news and not to any negative factors in the wings. I will give you a call after the holiday. Lee
