Diana, thanks for the note. Well, my intuition (FWIW <g>) tells me that this MUST be so: Anti-Takeover measures do not prevent takeovers per se, but merely give the targeted co. a better bargaining position and unfriendly take-over are generally precluded. The drawback may be that the target co. may opt not for the highest bid, but for the offer that's "best in the interest of shareholders"... So overall, I can live with a co. that has A-TM's in place.
