It is my understanding it will be on pink sheets until 10 Q is complete> This makes perfectly good sense to me as the MM must sign off with the SEC with regard to the financial stability of the company and indicate that they have reviewed all the financial data. With NO financial data available they will not sign off thus to the pink sheets. Too bad the management of this company IS SO STUPID as to not file the required information.. Frankly dunderheads running the place, i vote to fire the accountants send me the paperwork and i will do it NO CHARGE. Sorry management there is no excuse.
