Gerald,

I think that the financing should be in place. Generally a letter of credit (the original press release) is supported by some collateral (such as cash, which is doubtful, or a guarantee from another party). Thus I actually think the money was there before the purchase order. If I were the company I wouldn't even think of ramping up for the order unless they could pay for it. Thus, IMO, I think we are safe on this point.
