Thank you for your response. 1.Settling, is usually an admission of guilt, isn't it. 2. Adjudication of guilt means "you're guilty" doesn't it. (Just so everyone knows). 3. The SEC doesn't usually bring charges unless they have the "nuts", do they? 4. Why are you being so diplomatic? "My comment with the limited information would have to be on the negative side. If those things are true, it would not be good" I haven't seen this side of you before, concerning people who (allegedly) defraud the public. This is out of character. WHY?
