O/T......... 50 little neck clams......place on hot grill. In a roasting pan place 1 stick of butter, 1-1/2 cups of sweet white wine(not cooking), chopped 1 clove of garlic, parsley. place pan on top grill in barby, so butter melts when clams pop open take off empty shel and place other half with clam in the sauce, and baste. YUM YUM.......
