CIMA:

I can understand a bit of your reasoning pertaining to shareholder takeover of company operations, HOWEVER, I do not feel that ANY company president has the right to NOT inform investor's of things something like an SEC investigation or results of that investigation.

This is something that would not take a lot of time to put together in a "nutshell" vs. investor's having to read it in the paper.

Would you expect a competent President of a Nation to find out from the press that a neighboring country had went to war with his own country?

We would expect some type of minimum commitment and communication from someone who supposedly is heading our little nation of investor's. This, I assume is somewhat in the "scope" of a "president's" duty.
