Your welcome. I also find it difficult to believe no MM's would file the appropriate paper work. If I were in their shoes, I would file. Also, I remember reading in the WSJ some time ago, that SEC, NASDAQ (somebody of that stature) were contemplating changing the rules. Something about de-listing if delinquent in required reporting. The thing I do not remember is the projected date the change takes effect. Does anyone else remember this article? I'll check Tomorrow on the OTCBB site if they are current with their rules and such.
