You must own USRX stocks. I do not blame your opinion. Just be cautious.

Yes, the 56k market will be divided. I believe Rockwell, Lucent and Compaq will
not yield to the pressure by USRobotics.

I do not argue first to market (may be 0 to 3 months). I do not view software upgradable
as much. Sorry to disappoint you.

Dell, make no mistake of it, competes with COMPAQ.
