Definitely deserves some more research. Charts defy it. Only OBV hints at dilution happening. Get the companies perspective in addition to an interpreted one.

I would suggest, if you're in, or thinking of getting in, call the CFO. Mention the allegations specifically and ask about what the hell is going on. As one develops an understanding, call him back, and again, 'til it's clear. Definitely pore over the Edgar stuff. I will do so if I enter BCAM seriously. I have a FA caution flag on it now. Thanks!
