Michel, it depends on whether you want to see the glass half-full or half-empty. If I was on the outside and saw those articles and then did some DD I could find out that:

1) The 10K was to be filed by March 31 and the 10Q by June 30. The company filed a late filing notice for the 10K, too early for the 10Q. The President says they will be out shortly.

2) The SEC investigation concerns old management and states there are no penalties against the company. The company president says they are close to a settlement with the SEC.

3) The SEC has " questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information regarding the claims ". The company president says, in a national newspaper, that third party verification plans are underway. That's publicly disseminating information better than an 8K. 8K must be coming soon. By the way, what is an 8K? And who really cares.

4) They might already be producing! $46.5 BILLION in gold?

5) For 30 cents I think I want to buy a ticket. I haven't seen an article like this on a junior gold dream stock for ages. There must be something to it or they wouldn't have done the article. $100 a share, WOW!

You are definitely right on the internet comment by TT. There wouldn't have been any pressure had GE met self-imposed deadlines. Just playing devil's advocate on the top 5 points Michel, I'm sure people will see it both ways.

By the way, does the Wall Street Journal come out on Saturdays?
