I spoke about cash money - not total assets which also includes real estate and other interests. I sold the company for $20M of which $8M was my share. There were no fancy tricks with the tax, its very simple. I live in a Caribbean tax haven. Glenn, I don't have any need to lie about my net worth (which is actually quite meagre compared to many other Founders/CEO's in the software business.)
