It is truly amazing to see how long a company can trade for when in reality they are not even a company. I plan to contact the SEC, NASD, and whoever else will, perhaps, be willing to do something about this complete and total scam. Ken Pappas, the 'founder' and chief scam-master has now registered 50,000 shares to be sold. Great, so he is going to STEAL money from some poor bastard ('investor') who doesn't realize this is a guy who works in his daddy's restaurants and does stock scams on the side. Ken Pappas should be sent to prison. Period.
