Well, well Fred. You really are a SHORT! Guess you guys got so bashed on Yahoo that you had to send in recruits to SI to try to drum up the old BS. Here's a reply from one of the guys on Yahoo to the SPD mirror issue. There are many more that tell the truth of how SPD will replace electrochromic mirrors because the technology is superior. It is coming now (within 12 months) and Gentex and Donnelly know it. They saw it at SPIE convention last year. SPD was the ONLY booth FEATURED on the local news in San Diego from that show!!!! SPD is coming and there's NOTHING you can do or say to stop it. (We can't even believe that you still bring up GE and other nonissues.) Wow, you guys must be DESPERATE!!!!! Go back to your PENNY STOCKS that's where you belong!!

Mark, if you want to know about how rear view mirrors, Thyraud is not the source to go to. He is a short seller and
is sending you to a message by Cytosteve who made a statement in that message BEFORE Steve realized there was
an SPD mirror at the shareholders meeting. I was there and worked the mirror myself.
The mirror is slightly different than the rest of the SPD demonstration in that it has a liquid film in it instead of the
conventional SPD film. The mirror works instantly and works as well at the one made by Gentex, (referring to the
reflective qualities). I have seen the electrochromatic mirrors in other automobiles and I can tell you depending on
how cold the temperature is, those mirrors will take about 30-60 seconds to complete their change form light to dark,
or dark to light. There is much more electronics in the EC mirrors than the SPD mirrors, and that is the expensive
part.
My own personal opinion, I will state again as I did in my post,(#1059), I was not that impressed with either type, but
the SPD mirror technology will be refined to outperform anything Gentex is producing now. EC technology is
primitive compared to SPD film. It is the last vestige of a technology that has been around for years and is now going
to be put to rest. Do you remember wax-paper?
My mother used to wrap sandwiches for my school lunch in it. We had a secondary use for it, it made a great ride on
a metal slide at the playground. Everyone used it. Then came Saran-Wrap and plastic baggies. I think wax-paper is
still made but I do not remember the last time I saw it.

Everyone on SI should take time to read the posts on Yahoo. You will see what these guys are up to. This is a thinly traded stock. It has only 8500 investors with an average of 1000 shares or less. The shorts/traders love to play it and then bash the company forcing the noninformed or margined investor to sell.
