Peaceful. They have been visible, but oh, you should have seen the articles, and chat talk on them. The bashing was unbelievable. Especially AOL. To gain the full benefit of AOLs rise you would have had to be in it way back in 1993. Only this year have the brokerages been recommending it. So, yes, they have been out there longer, but no one realized the potential until now. Thats why you see the most recent ones skyrocket in a years time.
As far as being in the looney bin if you had been in such a stock and gotten out. Its a learning process and you eventually develop a philosophy to deal with it. And its that rule in life that one learns.
To never give up. Because while one is crying over spilled milk, one misses all the milk trucks that keep passing buy.
