Harry, I also visited Fonar (which I firmly believe is roaring back from the dead) and VPTI (Visual Telephone). VPTI is located in Northern Jersey and Carl Ceragno is the CEO. He is train freak and also technically extremely plugged in. He has a great product and has lots of enhancements due shortly that will make it top of the line at a terrific price. The problem as I see it is that there is such a small market that I don't see much growth. Federal contracts seem to be the only big demand as all the Fed's need to do is install an encryption device between the stations and they have their closed secure network. What will break loose the demand for VPTI, when it no longer becomes feasable to travel. Something like soaring oil prices or a global conflict. They are a good and happening company. They have positive news coming soon. This is a real company with real offices and desks. Call for their investment package. I have postponed taking a position in VTPI.

Fonar is retooling their MRI devices to become the leader in their niche. They will be the only player in the OPEN High Frequency MRI. The size of the company has increased by about 100 people since I was their last. The manufacturing plant is humming with 24 shifts. Big momentum building. They have begun a stock buy back program which started last week. Visit the Fonar thead for more details. I have taken a position with the company.

All of the above is my observation and my opinion. Do your own due diligence before you invest. If you have specific questions, ask away.

Best,

Tomato Man
