This issue was discussed back in May. Check the posts from back then. From what I recall, these convertibles were discovered then. Someone spoke with the CEO and discussed the selling. I believe that these shares were being slowly sold thereby keeping the price down. From the looks of things lately, it seems that the selling has subsided. Volume has almost completely dried up. Now it looks like people are buying in, ergo the rise in price and pick-up in volume. If this is the case and given the chart patterns, I would expect this to continue, maybe in a big way.

As for TJoe, if this is a reference to TokyoMex, forget it. There was a "situation" back in May. He was "recommending" the stock, was supposed to meet with CEO but then the CEO cancelled. Rumored to be possibly due to not wanting anything to do with extremely short term daytrader types. This was all on the TokyoMex thread in May and also on this one.
