I think the company is doing a good job of selective buying. If they can continue to watch the patterns, selling should dry up if they can push it past 10-11. Company management seems top notch and they seem to have plans no matter which way the government regulations fly.

They are pro-active. Some time soon the govt. will decide which way the regs are going and then the uncertainty will be lifted. PMSI will put its plan in place and this stock will approach and go past 20.
