"This company likes to speculate in the value of its own stock including the Chairman who periodically sells stock when he thinks timing is right".

Or Authorize an increase in share repurchase in combination with a negative announcement. He is dumb like a fox. They will fill up on a significant negative move in the stock and probably be back with another rights offering when the stock recovers. Egg
