They (the creditors) will probably try to bring actions (at least civil) against them. Depends on how it all plays out. I wonder if Laverty still travels by corporate jet these days, or is he jujst travelling by first class commercial airlines. The guy should be travelling by mule to better connect with himmself in the image of his own likeness. But hey, everyone makes mistakes, and if your mistake is to borrow hundreds of millions and piss it down the drain on salaries and perks, well, then good luck in the courts if it doesnt work out the way it was suppossed to have. Looks like the creditors will own the upside to the seed business (if there is any upside to it).
