Hello Eric,

Harmon Hardy's most recent business plan is discussed and published in The Wall Street Transcript dated December 22, 1997. The interview consists of 17 questions and answers. For those who have not had the opportunity of reading TWST, I will begin posting the interview in it's entirety beginning next week.

Today I would like to share my thoughts and interpretations of the significant bridge agreements with the states of Maine and Virginia. The significance is not in the Nuovinox tonnage involved, but in the states endorsement of the technology as evidenced by the mere fact that they have agreed to use it in bridge construction. The exciting part to me is that I am part owner of this new patented technology.

Eric, The following is a copy/paste from your post on the AOL message board.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have finally heard back from the Virginia DOT... From what I could gather it appears to me that Nuovinox is nothing more than purely experimental at this point with these DOT's. Here are the facts from the USER's... A direct quote on Nx:

"VDOT does not have an opinion on this product at this time. We are
interested in identifying and using new technologies/materials. We
consider SS Clad Rebar as one possible enhancement to the problem of
bridge deck deterioration".

It appears they are not near as close to being the material of choice as we have all been led to believe While this is my own opinion from my DD!!!! I wanted to share it with many of you that have been here for a very long time and very loyal...

Eric, I don't believe that Stelax has ever indicated that Nuovinox is "the material of choice" of any of its customers. I was also pleased to read "We consider SS Clad Rebar as one possible enhancement to the problem of bridge deterioration".

Harmon Hardy has been working diligently on product recognition, and I believe stockholders are due to greatly benefit over the next two quarters as acceptance follows recognition.

The current price of the stock does not reflect the future prospects of the company. The price of the stock reflects a poor anticipated 10K, and the fact that there is a large block of shares overhanging the market at this time. I consider the current price as one last opportunity for investors to shop at bargain basement prices. We could get a significant announcement at any time now which could send the price skyrocketing. It is my belief that the next significant move will be up and I plan to start another shopping spree next week.

Good luck to all and a happy 4th.

Jim
