Brookelise has given you one answer to this question. However, when I asked this question in post 3871.

I then received this reply from Bob Jagow in post 3874.

because all variables are reinitialized for each symbol. In 'C' terms, all variables are auto rather than static [global].<<
Notice the phrase "all variables are reinitialized for each symbol".
I interpret this to mean Brookelise's method will work for one stock but will not work for multiple stocks. |
