anyone, $150,000 will barely get them through four months, I doubt that they can complete a "restabilization" plan within this period. Are any of their own "rags" assets operational? I thought all these were kind of closed. What is the "raison d'etre", apart of "nailing" the shorts in a "Massive short squeeze"? If there is no business reason, except to provide the current management with a company to run, what is the exercise for. Share holders are probably going to ask themselves, what is it they are going to invest in. The letter did not provide any good reason or incentive for current investors to pour good money after bad money. Of course, some people will always "average down", but in 90% of the cases, this prove to be a bad habit. In the stock market they usually say "cut your losses short and let your profit runs". It sure is going to be an interesting thing to see if that exercise brings in sufficient funds to revive this company. Zeev
