MM,

I believe there is animosity abounding from both companies shareholders regarding this deal. Strategically, for the longer term the deal makes sense...but the present level of MIFGY stock price doesn't make the deal attractive to ISLI shareholders. ISLI, even with it'sd checkered earning of the past, IMO has really transformed their business model and should continue to be profitable going forward. MIFGY has shown consistent growth over the last 5 Q's I believe but one must wonder what will feed this growth after Y2k work has thinned out. Like I said strategically the two companies make a nice fit but the deal needs to be amended to make it moere attractive to ISLI shareholders or approval might not happen...Also MIFGY shareholders don't appreciate the current price drop from low 40's to low 30's. If the deal does get pulled off at current prices MIFGY IMHO will have gotten themselves a very solid company, at a very good price...
