Mark, your attitude is a bit patronizing you should lighten up a bit Valence is pressing on with or without you.

It was pointed out on the Yahoo thread all the ex-insiders still have large stock positions in the company. I find that point in itself very re-assuring.

Also, last years 10-k stated the company would need outside funds by the 2nd quarter 1998 and the company is acquiring those funds.

What is the big debate all about Valence will not have more debts than assets.
