I'm not aware of any factors other than the supply side which may continue to be a concern.

I must admit that I felt burned when I went back and discovered that on the very first opportunity for sales of escrowed shares (March 25), some 127k shares were traded on the TSE driving down the price $0.75. I'm the first to admit that I don't know if these were insiders or not but the co-incidence is there. It was pretty well downhill for COG from then on.

I monitored the TSE situation around June 25 and activity has been fairly light (less than 10k/day) though price has been moving up. There has been no evidence of a selloff but the only day where there was any significant trading (25k shares on June 29), it went down so the message may be clear to anyone wanting to sell a significant holding.

In addition to the insider selling, you might also want to think about potential selling by takeover companies who were paid in COG stock.

Other than that, I see no basic problems with the company.
