putting something as nebulous as "Client Relationships" on the books sounds like someone capitalized entertainment expenses to create an asset! Whatever the hell it was it was smart and conservative to get rid of it. IMO they've cleaned out a whole bunch of deadwood from the books, cleaned them up smartly and took all the charges they could to make things very tight and tidy. It was absolutely the perfect time to do it. They've made Xyplex as lean and mean as MRV in doing so. These guys are ultra conservative, too conservative for some who'd like to see some higher flying but I'd rather have it this way, even if the stock isn't winging it way out there. Lastly, it isn't logical for IBD to run ads touting themselves which use "crooks" to speak highly of IBD - yet IBD coninues to use Noam in its commercials. This is not an exercise in logic in saying so - but if there were hints of the kind of crap that Punk alleges you can be sure that IBD would have excised Noam immediately. Dee Jay
