Brian, thank you, thank you! You caused me to look up the definition
of RSI...

Definition: Relative Strength Index(RSI) is an overbought/oversold oscillator
which measures a stock's price relative to itself.The value of RSI is between 0
and 100;

Interpretation: Conventionally, buy signals are triggered when RSI is in
oversold (20-30) area, and sell signals are triggered when RSI is in
overbought (70-80) area. RSI works better in a non-trending market than in a
market with a clear and established trend.

So, now is approximately a good (maybe not the best) time to buy,
according to RSI. Of course, RSI doesn't know anything about the
future and whether the stock will be dead money for a long time.
