Dear H-MAN And ALL "FRIENDS OF MIDLAND":
Thanks again for the increasing stream of constructive posts..."YOUR POSTS OF "THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS".
NOW, TO ALL, A REALITY CALL TO ACTION
1. Not that I have said anything out of the ordinary BUT PLEASE READ MY POST #1912, which was not a platitudinously written essay but truly from my heart and human relation experiences.
2. True lasting business relationships are indeed well established through appreciation of the skills, experience and hard work of those with whom you associate.
a) Establish honest relationships and loyalty and a uniting in purpose and trust will follow with proper individual reward according to the contribution.
3. I IMPLORE EACH IN AGREEMENT TO ACTIVELY AND IMMEDIATELY JOIN WITH ME AND OTHERS ON THIS BOARD, expressing yourself with skill and care, TO:
a) Express your appreciation to Midland, our company, and to John Spriggs who is now working independently on DF-144.
b) If you see the value of encouraging a DF-144/John Spriggs - Midland firm and lasting trust and beneficial relationship, SAY SO.
c) I humbly give a portion of my #1912 post for an example:
"Your DF-144 positive posts are greatly appreciated. I hope that
the DF-144 heart-beat is loudly heard by the greatly appreciated
Midland Board, Officers , Legal Staff and other clear thinking hard
working staff..including the Secretaries. WE NEED DF-144.
Also, John Spriggs, those of us invested in Midland have always
admired, fully supported and appreciated your skill and efforts with
DF-144/ARCON. We continue to support you as you now independently attempt to firm up positionally on DF-144. We feel that there will be great mutual benefit and satisfaction when you are able to "come home" to Midland with DF-144. Is there anyway that we can encourage you, help you?"
d) Post to this MIDL Board. FAX, mail, E-mail to both Midland and John Spriggs. (Someone please supply the available numbers)
4. THIS WILL BE A "STOCKHOLDERS MEETING" AT LEAST CONSISTING OF THOSE ON THIS THREAD BUT FULLY WELCOMING OTHER STOCKHOLDERS.
a) Our meeting purpose would be to indeed encourage and support Midland's competent active efforts to restore order to the Company.
b) We would compare stockholder notes and desires with the Officers and Board of Midland in regard to fully and urgently encouraging a DF-144/John Spriggs - Midland relationship, while certainly not precluding other DD mergers (s).
c) If agreeable to a majority, we would encourage the use of any available Trust Funds to further the above relationship by funding patent and design work, after a firm commitment from John,
d) We would encourage exploring the Dan Fisher/Nova Gay relationship and its claims against Dan Fisher.
e) We would explore a possible Midland claim against Dan Fisher's Nova Gay assets including and especially patent rights.
f) If the settlement of Midland's claims against Dan Fisher DID NOT include all of his rights and claims to the DF-144 patents no matter where located, and if John Spriggs cannot fully and independently establish patent rights.we would explore a possible merger or other relationship, buy-out or agreement in regard to DF-144 patents and rights, between Nova Gay and Midland if this was beneficial to any mutual Midland's/John Spriggs DF-144 patent right effort.
5. Now, thanks to your thought H-MAN, copied from your #1917:
"Do you think that it is possible that a man with access to cash and contacts in the oil industry would have his eye on DF-144 ?"
a) H-MAN, this is a serious and scary thought to me, thanks again.
b) TO ALL IN CLOSING, H-MAN's thought is good reason to immediately express yourself on encouraging all involved to bring DF-144 "back home" to Midland.
c) Dealing with Midland, John will indeed have full trustful support and friends and a greater personal fulfillment of his DF-144 dreams, an agreement on paper naturally being necessary but knowing fully that a handshake and shared hand on the shoulder would have
meant the same.
d) We, the Midland stockholders, hope that John Spriggs, singularly or in conjunction with Midland's claims against Dan Fisher, is able to establish a firm and complete operational and patent rights to DF-144.
e) Furthermore, transcending any possible Midland legal position and claim regarding exclusive rights to DF-144 (with proper financial arrangements to the Patent and Engineering Design holder (s)), we feel that Midland can equal or exceed any financial offer to John Spriggs by a new third party, again, with the added benefits to John of having loyal support, appreciation and thanks from we, the Midland Stockholders.
