The word I am hearing is $50 mill in revs in Q2 and Q3. That is really appalling. I have no doubt the stock will fall to 3.75 over the next 2 months (but no lower), due to the 70% shrinkage in revenues and a possible market sell-off. At that point, we will see some upgrades based solely on value. However I think there will be a real OEM win (or 2) by October, and the stock should triple to 10 by next spring. However, I don't see any way (short of a buyout) that S3 will go higher than 10-11. In all fairness, S3 is a company whose time has come and gone. Whether Savage and its ilk succeed or not, the company will always be an also-ran dogged by unrelenting design cycles and cut-throat competition. This is not the scenario that allowed the stock to hit 20 2 years ago. It seems to me all of us on this thread are looking for an exit strategy, i.e. we will all be overjoyed at getting out at 10 with either a small loss or gain.
